On 28th March, 2025 Qidong’s first Low-Altitude Flight Carnival opened at Zhanggong Lake Seawall of Jianghai Lanwan Tourist Resort. Many tourists enjoyed the brilliant low-altitude flight performances including aerobatic aircraft, powered paraglider, and hot air balloon on the seawall.
The carnival integrates flight performance, science experience, and leisure sightseeing. It is a window to fully display the charm of Qidong in ‘land, sea, and air’.
The stunt airplane used in the performance was ‘Aurora’, which was domestically produced. The performance team came from Starair Aircraft Co., Ltd. in Hunan, which is the first civil flight demonstration team in China.
