On 8th February, the height of the south main tower of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge South Channel Bridge is nearly 200m.

Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge South Channel Bridge is the bridge with the largest span in the world. Its main span is 2,300m. Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge connects three cities: Zhangjiagang of Suzhou, Jingjiang of Taizhou and Rugao of Nantong. The section over the Yangtze River is about 7.9km long. The bridge is expected to be completed and open to traffic in October 2028.
