On 30th November, at the first commercial space launch site in China —— Wenchang Commercial Space Launch Site, the first launch was successful. New carrier rocket Long March 12 sent a satellite internet technology test satellite into the planned orbit successfully. The satellite was researched and manufactured locally by Galaxy Space, which is based in Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area.
Galaxy Space is a unicorn company in commercial aerospace sector in China. On 5th March 2022, satellite ‘Nantong No.1’ researched and developed independently and batch manufactured by Galaxy Space was launched into space successfully by Long March 2C carrier rocket at Xichang Satellite Launch Center.
