锂电池回收设备
Lithium-ion Battery Recycling Line
该设备专为废旧锂离子电池回收设计，通过高温碳化处理，将电池中的有机物、隔膜及部分有害成分转化为稳定碳化物，实现安全处理。设备采用封闭式高温炉体设计，配备自动送料系统和烟气净化系统，确保处理过程环保、安全，最终可得到金属外壳、铜、铝以及黑粉（含锂、钴、镍等）。
The lithium-ion battery recycling line is specially designed for recycling spent lithium-ion batteries. Through high-temperature carbonization, it converts the organic materials, separators, and some hazardous components into stable carbonized substances, enabling safe processing. The system features a fully enclosed high-temperature furnace, an automatic feeding system, and a flue gas purification system, ensuring environmentally friendly and safe operation. The recovered products include metal casings, copper, aluminum, and black mass (containing lithium, cobalt, nickel, etc.).

全自动光伏板回收设备用于回收长度1000毫米~2400毫米、宽度800毫米~1300毫米的单层玻璃光伏组件。涵盖机器人上料、拆解、破碎、分选等核心流程，实现高效、环保、自动化的组件回收处理，整体回收率可达95%以上。
The fully automatic solar panel recycling line is designed for recycling single-glass photovoltaic modules with a length of 1,000-2,400 mm and a width of 800-1,300 mm. It integrates key processes such as robot feeding, dismantling, crushing, and sorting, enabling efficient, environmentally friendly, and automated recycling of PV modules. The overall recovery rate can reach over 95%.
电子垃圾综合回收线
Integrated E-waste Recycling Line
电路板综合回收设备用于处理废旧电路板、覆铜板、线路板及边角料等物料中的金属与非金属的分离，回收其中的混合金属和树脂粉。电路板上的元器件部分用该设备提炼贵金属，如金、银、钯、铂等。
The E-waste recycling line is designed for separating metals and non-metals from materials such as waste circuit boards, copper-clad laminates, circuit boards and offcuts, enabling the recovery of mixed metals and resin powder. It also enables the extraction of precious metals from electronic components on circuit boards, including gold, silver, palladium, and platinum.
